First, template creators will be able to take payments directly through Notion. For these payments, youâll pay a flat 10% fee and youâll receive your payouts bi-weekly via stripe (at no additional cost).
Second, if you buy a template through Marketplace, you have up to 14 days to claim a refund. But if you do so, the template will be de-activated in your workspace.
Whatâs more, creators can choose to lock a template, which means you wonât be able to move it between workspaces â making pirating a template much, much harder.
This is a huge change and will turn Notion Templates into even more of a proper product category.
